It depends where you are located; we have pick up delivery ATO, and collection in your office.

• Which are de restrictions and procedures for pet shipment?

Regionalcargo can deliver your live animals only between Queretaro, Monterrey and Mexico´s states because we count with the necessary specifications in our planes to transfer your pets safely only in this route. • Does my shipment has an insurance?  If it does what amount does he covers?

If you require to insure your shipment, we put at your disposition this service. You just need to request it to your sales agent, and tell him the amount you wish to ensure, over the commercial value showed in your invoice, covering the amount of additional 2% over the value of your shipment´s invoice. The maximum insurable amount is 40,000 USD.

• Do you provide packaging supplies at your cargo reception points?

Yes in our sales offices you will be able to ask for your cargo´s  packaging with an additional cost, which will be quoted when we receive your cargo according to the material it needs to be packaged.

• Do you offer the pick up and delivery service (door to door)?

Yes we count with pick up service in some locations depending in the city you are located.
Please ask your sales executive directly if we have that service in your zone.

• What do I have to do if I need a delivery proof?

 Just ask for a delivery proof to your sales executive so he can make it and give it to you for an additional price of $ 80.00 + IVA

• Do you have international deliveries?

Actually Regionalcargo manages only national deliveries, but we count with an interlineal cargo service which will let you place with your shipment with our help, in a strategic point where you will be able to connect it with other countries in the world.

• I need my shipment to fly in a specific date or flight what can I do?

With the Guaranteed Space service, you are able to reserve your shipment according to your needs. You just need to ask your sales executive for this service so we can indicate you our flying itinerary.

• What kind of planes shape Regionalcargo´s fleet?

Regionalcargo counts with an ATR 42-300 cargo planes fleet with a 4.9 tons capacity and B737 with 14.5 tons capacity.

• How can I quote my shipment´s cost?

In order to be able to quote your shipment´s cost we need to know its measurement and weight, and if you are going to need another specific service. This is how we can quote your shipment´s cost.

• What kind of materials are prohibited in flying transportation?

There are various types of material that put in danger the aircraft. That´s why we beg you to consult our dangerous prohibited material section for air transportation.

• Which is the minimum- maximum transportable cargo weight and volume?

The minimum transportable weight is 50 kg and the maximum will depend on your cargo´s weight and volume.

• How can I program a charter flight to transport my merchandise?

You can reserve with our sales executive charter flights with a minimum anticipation of 3 days, so we can let you know our plane availability and be able to quote you in a specific way.
